Aikido Sydney City Centre Bondi Beach offers classes 5 days per week in the Kenkyukai (research group) style of Aikido, a beautiful and dynamic form of moving meditation and non-violent self-defense.Classes are led by Berin Mackenzie, an Australian instructor who lived and studied intensively in Japan under the great Takeda Yoshinobu Shihan, an 8th dan Aikido master.
