What does my service include?

Giving you choice:
The choices now available in the Mortgage market can seem limitless and completely overwhelming. You can choose to research the subject, the Lenders and their products yourself, or work with me. I am accredited with a large panel of lenders to offer their products so I already have that knowledge.

Saving you time:
I take care of all the paperwork involved in preparing the loan application. I put all the information together and submit it to the lender. I follow up to ensure prompt approval and deal with any queries

Saving you money:
The best deal is not necessarily the cheapest rate. I can examine your circumstances and future plans to recommend a loan that is right for you. Having an appropriate loan which works for you can help you

Many products seem to offer a great deal but they could have penalties, fees and charges you may not be aware of. Or, they may not offer the flexibility you require in the future. I can help you avoid taking out a loan you might later regret.

My service is free:
I don’t charge you for my service because Lenders pay me a commission for the loans I write. By dealing with me, the lenders avoid having to pay staff salaries and other costs including rent for office space, telephone and IT expenses, stationery etc

I am a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) a professional industry association requiring members to maintain standards and professional development. This gives you the peace of mind that you are dealing with a true professional
