Question for Affordable Doll Repairs

I am wanting to get my childhood doll mended so I can give to my granddaughter. The doll in a 1964 vintage, she was a bride doll when I got her, and is about 18" tall. She would need new eyes and a new head of hair. Would you be able to give some idea of cost please?
