Review of ELLA ROUGE BEAUTY HEAD OFFICE

WORST SERVICE EVER - I wouldn't recommend to anyone to go to Ella Rouge at Hurstville Westfield.

We purchased a gift card and booked in an appointment for a Sunday.

We were given information that if we don't make it on time on the day or call and cancel prior to the schedule of the appointment then the gift card would be automatically cancelled.

Three days before the appointment we get a call from a lady stating that due to unfortunate reasons they have to cancel the appointment on Sunday. But there was no SMS confirmation for this. Ella rouge in other centres confirm everything via SMS. So we weren't sure of what was going on.

So the next day we went into the branch at Hurstville and spoke to the lady to confirm our booking, very poor service from her too. All she said was the manager will call you tomorrow to confirm.

And again we don't get any calls to confirm. So since we were unsure whether or not the appointment was still on and since we were previously told that if we miss the appointment then the gift card is cancelled we wen to the appointment on Sunday as scheduled.

And to only hear that they don't have anything booked in on the system. And they cannot even accommodate a day that suits us. Very poor service from this place. Unprofessional staff. Didn't even say a sorry for their stuff up . I'll never recommended anyone to Ella rouge at Westfield Hurstville.

Very poor service, unprofessional staff and no manners at all.
