My journey into natural healing began in my mid 20s . I was stuck in my personal life and traditional treatments weren’t helping. I had chronic pain and was desperate for answers , I knew there must be more I could do to help myself.

qualified Reiki Master. On my healing journey I have discovered many tools to assist my whole being to wellness, these include Kinesiology, Crystal Therapy, Vibrational Esseces and Oils, Meditation and Holistic Counseling.
