APPLICATIONS
Intermediate Bulk Containers with UN31A/Y approval for the transport of Dangerous Goods by Road, Rail and Sea, Packaging Groups II & III, Classes 3,5,6,8 & 9 when used in accordance with the relevant code.
The Dangerous Goods series of square stainless steel IBCs are specifically designed for the semi bulk storage, transportation and dispensing of liquids classified as Dangerous Goods.
The Dangerous Goods IBCs are both top fill and top discharge for applications where product integrity is critical.
The square design of the Dangerous Goods IBCs optimizes space requirements for both transportation and warehousing.
They are ideally suited for the delivery, storage, transportation and decanting of dangerous goods.

50mm outlet has a 25mm riser pipe to minimize drawing off contaminant that may have settled.

APPLICATIONS
The Transtainer chemical dosing systems are designed to safely manage the storage of a large number of chemical reagents and their safe metering into treatment processes.
Specifically designed to use IBC storage as the main feeder tank
Ideally suited for all chemicals that are compatible with polyethylene, polypropylene, UPVC, CPVC, PVDF materials.
Typically used with sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, acetic acid, SMBS, sodium hydroxide, antiscalant, citric acid and many other chemicals.
Stored in bunded units designed to meet the requirements of AS3780 (Storage of Corrosive Chemicals)
Can also be used for the storage and metered dispensing of lube oils and other hydrocarbon based chemicals
Most units are adapted to meet specific customer project requirements working from a design specification and P&ID

300 ltr LLDPE day tank designed to store liquids up to SG2
APR fabricated IBC and buffer tank stand. (APR is a recycled HDPE composite)
George Fisher (GF+) 546 UPVC ball valves in inlet and outlet
HDPE flanged connections with GF+ PP over steel backing ring

APPLICATIONS
The Pressurised Follower series grease container is designed for transporting and dispensing heavy viscous products.
Pump prime is assisted via the use of a pressurised follower operating at 32kpa.
The unit has become the grease container of choice for many customers due to its cost effective transportation footprint and very high purge rates.
