Keratin bond hair extensions can be called fusion hair extensions, since they are applied to natural hair by one of two methods, cold fusion method and hot fusion method.
Like other types of hair extensions, keratin bond hair extensions, made of human hair or synthetic fiber hair, are performed for aesthetic reasons to add volume and length to natural hair. They are applied strand by strand, so that they can create a final look that is more natural than clip in hair extensions, tape in hair extensions and sew in hair extensions.
The application of the extensions takes about 2-4 hours, and it should be done by an experienced hairstylist so as to create a gorgeous final look and prevent from heat damage caused by unskillful technique.
