Question for Adelaide Citizens Advice Bureau Inc

Hi I'm just enquirering about a question
I'm just wondering who I would need to contact to ask about getting a license to grow medical marijuana if the new changes come into law.
Just after all the details like what I'd need in place with all requirements and the legal side of things that go with it?
