Question for TNT Express

I have tracked my granddaughter's tnt delivery to Toowoomba, unfortunately she wasn't home, and tracking advice says ' not home...follow up actions. But no actions are listed. Could you please tell me how she may collect her parcel, which was an Easter gift?
