Question for Masoneilan

I do have a few technical questions regarding a back pressure control valve type 535V with membrane size 9.
The stem of the valve has bend a few times, I suspect a too high pressure on the membrane as being the root cause. Would that be possible? Can you please let me know what the maximum allowable pressure is on this membrane before things start going wrong? Thank you.
