Question for MOULTON GALLERIES

Gday, I have a small picture obviously bought from your gallery, due to the large sticker on the back, and i was interested in getting some background on it.
It is of sailing boats in front of an island with a city scape behind. It is signed D.Collins in the bottom right.
I cannot find anything of the artist in my preliminary searches and was wondering if you could shed any light in this subject.
