Review Waiting for Delivery!!!

I don’t understand how 2 separate days in a row the delivery driver “runs out of time” and just doesn’t make it for delivery??
They have taken my parcel back to depot on a Friday and also on Monday!
I can understand if it happened once but not for the same parcel and 2 separate days, just not acceptable!
Called the service line and they were not helpful at all and really didn’t seem to care.
It shouldn’t be that hard.
