Review Hortex Professional Tree Lopper

2.0
Hortex Professional Tree Lopper
I bought a professional tree lopper from Bunnings. Recently the blade broke so I sent an enquiry to Hortex over 5 weeks ago to see if I could buy a replacement blade. No reply. I tried several times to phone them but could'nt get through so rang Bunnings who told me Hortex don't supply spare blades. What can I do with a tree lopper with no blade?

same problem , got told over the phone from WA they can get a blade , until a lady from the company rang me up and told me they don't make the replacement blade , but since its under 12 months old i exchange for a new one , straight from the packet finish the cutting needed to be done and again the blade twisted a bit and chip it slightly , going to grind blade and redo the system myself , will improve it heaps by the time i done with it

I bought secaters and they don't cut. Saw the same product in Aldi for $10 less just re hashed packaging so it shows they are just China imports and rubbish. Don't waste your money. Find some Australian made ones.
